MDC Holdings/Richmond American Homes is a national homebuilder based in Denver, CO. A leader in the industry, their mission is to build and finance the highest quality homes at affordable prices with product offering ranging from entry homes to luxury single family homes.

With seven years of consecutive growth and a one year earnings per share growth of 79%, MDC established itself as the number one growth company among all public homebuilders. In their annual report, MDC wanted to highlight their "year of exceptional results", communicating the achievements that helped them succeed in their goal to increase shareowner value.

 

A minimalistic design highlights MDC achievements in a format that brings the focus to their unprecedented results while providing content heavy reports and detailed supporting communication once expanded.

Advertising campaigns were launched in 25 markets nation wide.  The campaign showcased Richmond American Homes unique buying experience and product offering while building consumer trust by positioning  them as the industry leader with 35 years of experience.
